Your information

How Veqtari handles the personal information you give us through this website. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Who we are

Veqtari is operated by T. Jera, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: info@veqtari.com.

What we collect

When you register interest in the pilot, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, your role, your school, your country, your work email address, the curriculum or qualifications you teach, the subjects you tick, and any message you add. Please don't include information about students.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not collect information about your visit beyond the basic technical records our hosting provider keeps to run and secure the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange a pilot walkthrough, and to tell you about the pilot and future cohorts. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you have made, as a professional contact, about a service for your school. We will never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it for us

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers are protected by the safeguards in Netlify's data processing terms.
  • Google (Google Workspace) provides our email, which is where we receive your enquiry and reply to you.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to have it transferred. Email info@veqtari.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

We will update this notice as Veqtari grows, for example when the platform itself launches, and change the date above when we do.
